KITCHEN HOODS
All appliances under the kitchen hoods are covered with plastic tarp to protect from cleaning materials & contaminants. All hood surfaces are then cleaned & degreased and polished.
DUCTWORK
FAN UNITS
FILTERS
ACCESS PANELS
FAN BELTS
All Ductwork cleaning starts on the roof and are pre-scraped before using a high power heated pressure washer to spray & rinse the grease downward where its funneled into a Brute.
Exhaust Fans units, including the blades, are pressure washed & degreased to allow proper suction to the system. Fans are removed to clean all angles and to open the ductwork from the roof.
We offer belt checks and replacements as an additional service on request for customer convenience. Belts are only replaced if there is visible ware on he current belt in use.
All access panels along the ductwork are opened and inspected before also being pre-scraped and pressure washed with hot water and degreaser.
Hood filters are removed and cleaned & degreased in either the sink or dishwasher. Filters should also be cleaned regularly on a weekly basis by the kitchen staff to prevent excessive grease build up.
